and if you do not have our phone number....... it was meant to be.
Rob and Jenn met in person on Aug 2, 2018. Rob Quickly fell in love...... and Jenn took a little longer to warm up to the chaos called.... Rob! Aug 2nd seemed like the perfect time for these two young pups to get married five years later.... Welcome to the documentation of this event that took place on Aug 2nd, 2023! Why do we have a website you ask? Because we ran off into the sunset to get married and you were not invited! Lol
Originally we thought a fun wedding and fun party would be great......... but then we thought of all the traveling, all the planning, and lets face it......... some of you are a pain in the neck! Just kidding, sort of. Anyway, it just seemed like more fun to just focus on us, and our commitment to each other, instead of worrying about all of your problems. All jokes aside, we would love to connect with all of you and celebrate whenever we see you next, plus this is a good way to keep the party rollin! So we cant wait to hang out, and celebrate with a toast, someday when we cross paths with you!
Well, I already told you when, Aug 2nd, 2023. Where? Great question, I thought you would never ask. We wanted to get married somewhere with a view............ and not just a little view, something awesome and inspiring. We chose the area around Lake Louise in Alberta, Canada. Lake Louise was perfect, but we decided to take it one or two steps further. We put on our fancy clothes with our funny hiking shoes and hopped onto a helicopter! This took us to the mountain top deep in the majestic mountains near Banff. We entered the mountains with a small posse consisting of a mountain guide, photographer, and of course the ceremony to be performed by our Church Elder and friends Tom and Lorraine. We landed and hiked to the perfect spot for our commitments to begin. the sights from the top of the world were so jaw-dropping and Godly, and with the words of God himself Tom began the ceremony. Heavy words were spoken, and even some personal vows were spoke. I would tell you more but i don't want to tear up.... again! You guessed it......... one "I Do"....... and then another "I Do"........ Yes, we are married now! I'm not going to lie, the photographer made us work for it but we had a blast. We all hiked down to a good spot for a small picnic, then further down the mountain through a glade of Christmas sized trees. the weather was perfect although a bit of wind made Jenn's hair dance out of control. The last spot we hiked to was a rocky area with perfect views and a flat spot for the helicopter to land and take back to Lake Louise. Back at the lake we hiked on some trails, opened some champagne, and shot tons of photos. This is where the journey ends for you! LOL. We hope you like our photos and if you get a chance we set up our registry at RollsRoyce and Tiffanies. Enjoy
